Refund policy

At Data for Medical, we strive to deliver high-quality tools, resources, and services to healthcare professionals. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products (e.g., eBooks, Software, Data Files)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Subscription Services

If you're not satisfied with a subscription service (such as coding tools or AI assistants), you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase. After this period, all charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible, you must not have excessively used the product (e.g., automated abuse or excessive downloads).

Refunds are not available for renewal charges unless canceled before the renewal date.

3. Printed Materials

Refunds or exchanges for printed books are available within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

4. Training & Webinars

Refunds for paid webinars, courses, or certification prep are allowed up to 48 hours before the session begins. After that, we cannot issue refunds, but we may allow rescheduling.
